  • DO YOU DELIVER INFLATED BALLOONS?

    No, all balloon orders are shipped uninflated and ready for inflation.

  • WHAT MATERIAL ARE YOUR BALLOONS MADE OF?

    Our latex balloons are made of 100% natural latex. They are not plastic. They are plant based, originating from a rubber tree plantation, which are a renewable resource.

  • ARE YOUR BALLOONS ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?

    Our latex balloons are 100% biodegradable. Foil balloons are not biodegradable.

  • HOW DO I ENSURE MY BALLOONS DON’T POP?

    Balloons are fragile and can pop easily, so please do not overinflate. It also recommended to safeguard your balloons from sharp, and very hot or cold objects.

    We recommend ordering spare balloons of each color.

  • ARE YOUR BALLOONS FOR PROFESSIONAL USE?

    Our balloons are of the highest and thickest quality. They can be used professionally.

  • WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO INFLATE MY BALLOONS?

    You can inflate your balloons by either air or helium. Before you inflate, stretch you balloon with your hands then inflate to a maximum size, deflate and then inflate again. This will maximise your balloon life.

    Please note that air inflated latex balloons will stay inflated longer than those inflated with helium.

  • CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?

    You can’t cancel your order once it has been dispatched, however once it has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order. Please email us at info@poochigx.com

    We do not offer returns or refunds for balloons. Please refer to our T & C’s

  • CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

    We are happy to amend your order if it has not been packed or dispatched. Please email us at info@poochigx.com

  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

    We accept Paypal, Stripe, Apple Pay.

  • WHAT IF YOUR STOCK IS OUT OF ORDER?

    We strive to do our best to ensure all stock is accurately reflected. However should you see a item listed as ‘out of stock’ please email us info@poochigx.com for backorder information.
